Mr.Lyubinsky leads all the technical aspects of the company's activities. He has 20 years of experience in development and management of high technology products. Prior to joining AAI, Mr.Lyubinsky served in various VLSI design and team leadership positions for Dazix, Israel Aircraft Industry (ELTA), Orbotech, and ModemArt. Mr.Lyubinsky received his B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Moscow Institute of Transport Engineering, Russia.
Yulia Milshtein, Director of Operations and Business Development
Ms. Milshtein manages the business development, logistics, financial and general management activities of AAI. She has 10 years of experience in operations management, marketing, quality, and R&D in the international high-tech arena. Most recently, Ms. Milshtein served as productization manager for Applied Materials. Ms. Milshtein earned her Executive MBA from Haifa University, Israel and B. Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Techion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Arie Komarnitzky, Engineering Director
Mr.Komarnitzky brings 20 years of experience in VLSI chip design to the management of our design team's activities. Prior to joining AAI, Mr.Komarnitzky held various positions in chip design, management and application engineering at Intel, Ross, Fujitsu and Monterey Design Systems. Mr. Komarnitzky holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a MBA from Bar Ilan University, Israel.

Dr.Offer Schwartsglass, Analog Design Director
Dr. Offer Schwartsglass leads analog and mixed signal activities at AAI, bringing over 20 years of experience in development and management of mixed signal ICs. Formerly, Dr. Schwartsglass served in various VLSI design and team leadership positions at Novacom, Conexant, 3DV Systems and BroadLight. Dr. Schwartsglass was graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he earned his B.Sc., M.Sc. (summa cumm laude) and Ph.D. in applied physics with the dissertation's subject "Solid state device based VLSI realizations of artificial neural networks".
