Mr. Vilk brings over 15 years of experience in VLSI chip design. Mr. Vilk supervises a team of project managers, leading projects from Spec to GDSII, including test program development and productization all the way up to mass production release. Prior to joining AAS, Mr. Vilk worked in Intel. Mr. Vilk holds a  B.Sc in  Electrical Engineering in Technion, Israel, graduated Cum Laude.

 

Mr.Ben-Ezer brings over 30 years of experience from the international semiconductor industry, including design, customer support, marketing, and management. Prior to AAS, he served as VLSI senior designer for Fairchild Semiconductors and National Semiconductors. Mr.Ben-Ezer holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Davis, USA and a MBA from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.

Mr.Lyubinsky leads all the technical aspects of the company's activities. He has 25 years of experience in development and management of high technology products. Prior to joining AAS, Mr.Lyubinsky served in various VLSI design and team leadership positions for Dazix, Israel Aircraft Industry (ELTA), Orbotech, and ModemArt. Mr.Lyubinsky received his B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Moscow Institute of Transport Engineering, Russia.
Ms. Milshtein manages the business development, logistics, financial and general management activities of AAS. She has 15 years of experience in operations management, marketing, quality, and R&D in the international high-tech arena. Most recently, Ms. Milshtein served as productization manager for Applied Materials. Ms. Milshtein earned her Executive MBA from Haifa University, Israel and B. Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Techion, Israel Institute of Technology.
