Mr.Ben-Ezer brings 23 years of experience from the international semiconductor industry, including design, customer support, marketing, and management. Prior to AAI, he served as VLSI senior designer for Fairchild Semiconductors and National Semiconductors. Mr.Ben-Ezer holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Davis, USA and a MBA from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
Mr.Lyubinsky leads all the technical aspects of the company's activities. He has 20 years of experience in development and management of high technology products. Prior to joining AAI, Mr.Lyubinsky served in various VLSI design and team leadership positions for Dazix, Israel Aircraft Industry (ELTA), Orbotech, and ModemArt. Mr.Lyubinsky received his B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Moscow Institute of Transport Engineering, Russia.
Mr.Komarnitzky brings over 14 years of experience in VLSI chip design to the management of our design team's activities. Prior to joining AAI, Mr.Komarnitzky held various positions in chip design, management and application engineering at Intel, Ross, Fujitsu and Monterey Design Systems. Mr. Komarnitzky holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a MBA from Bar Ilan University, Israel.
Ms.Pashkevich manages the logistics, financial, and general management activities of AAI. She has 16 years of experience in operations, R&D, marketing, and management in the international high-tech arena. Most recently, Ms.Pashkevich served as global product manager for Lumenis Ltd. Ms.Pashkevich earned her M.A. in Philology and B.A. in Management from Moscow State University, Russia and a MBA from Henley Management College, Oxfordshire, UK.
Dr. Offer Schwartsglass leads analog and mixed signal activities at AAI, bringing 20 years of experience in development and management of mixed signal ICs. Formerly, Dr. Schwartsglass served in various VLSI design and team leadership positions at Novacom, Conexant, 3DV Systems and BroadLight. Dr. Schwartsglass was graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he earned his B.Sc., M.Sc. (summa cumm laude) and Ph.D. in applied physics with the dissertation's subject "Solid state device based VLSI realizations of artificial neural networks".
